Who would say that picking your nose is healthy. Everyone, even our parents agreed that activities that nose picking is something filthy and disgusting.

But,a research says that their noses it is actually good for your body is consumed. Yes, he is Scott Napper, a professor at the University of Saskatchewan that makes a lot of people excited by his research in 2013 ago.

According to Scott Napper, eating “snot” derived from our own noses can boost the body's immunity power. Why? Because of germs or bacteria are trapped, dries, and undergone a process to be upil will stimulate our immune system.
